Please note that the PNRR/TNE international mobility call for study and training activities, D.R. Rep. no. 1276/2025, published on May 15, 2025, at the following link and expiring on August 29, 2025, has been extended until December 12, 2025, and supplemented with reference to the premises, Articles 2 (Partnership and project objectives), 5 (Application procedures and deadlines), 7 (Application evaluation procedures) and Annex 1 thereof, as shown in bold in the text of the Call and Annex 1 - Project Form.
As part of the TNE Projects, of which the University of Messina is a partner, an evaluation procedure is launched to award financial contributions within the limits of the financial allocation of the respective Projects, reserved for UNIME students/doctoral students, to carry out mobility exchanges for study and training with partner universities and institutions in third countries as listed in Annex 1 - Project Sheet (Annex 1) to this call for applications.
The ‘Transnational Educational Initiatives - TNE’ funded under the MUR Notice as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Mission 4 Component 1 Investment 3.4 Sub-measure T4, have the general objective of promoting cooperation with foreign universities in order to encourage the internationalization of Italian universities and promote the Italian higher education model as best practice at an international level.
The above Notice is reserved for second cycle/single cycle students and doctoral students for a period of study, between 2 and 6 months, excluding travel time, at a partner university institution (TNE Studio).
Applications, complete with all the attachments required in Art. 5, must be sent, on a first-come, first-served basis, from the date of publication of this call until December 12, 2025, by email from your institutional address (@studenti.unime.it) to: protocollo@unime.it
Each candidate may submit only one application. In the event of multiple applications, only the first application submitted will be considered; subsequent applications will not be evaluated.
All mobility programs must be completed no later than February 28, 2026.
