Mobility and Internationalization

The Doctoral Program in Political Science contributes to strengthening national and international scientific relations and promotes the co-supervision of theses with member European universities and the awarding of the Doctor Europaeus title.

The Doctoral Program encourages mandatory mobility periods of appropriate duration at qualified academic institutions and/or public and private research organizations, both in Italy and abroad, to ensure that doctoral students receive mobility experiences that are intrinsically connected and consistent with their specific research project.

The objective is twofold: on the one hand, to strengthen the network of scientific collaborations within which the Doctoral Program is embedded; on the other, to ensure that doctoral students have the opportunity to enrich their training and research in diverse scientific and professional contexts outside of their main institution.
